VARNISHING + DRYING  QUIPMENT

Founded in 1991, specialized in the field of varnishing  technology, drying, fresh air
supply, dust filtering extraction and minimizing of explosion hazardous areas as well
as environmental impacts.

We have realised till 2009 over 300 technological projects and supplied our own and
foreign equipment for finishing of wooden, metal and plastic products for a great good
number of varnish rooms.

Many of our conceptual solutions in projects and constructing have turned to be
applicable, effective and costcompetitive.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

COUNSELLING
in designing of technological processes, in choosing of technological equipment and  
installation for surface finishing of wooden, metal and plastic products.

CARRYING OUT
surveys of explosion hazardous areas, surveys of environmental impacts

PROJECT ENGINEERING
- technology and installation for varnishing and other technological processes,
- technological processes incorporating paints and   varnishes, organic solvents,
   gas and  powder, creating explosion hazard when mixed with air

UV DRYERS AND UV LAMPS
- for drying resp. curing of varnished and printed surfaces
- UV (IR) devices and UV (IR) lamps

FILTERING DEVICES
- for filtering of dust and organic solvents polluted air
- for filtering of wash waters from spray booths
